Just under 2 hours drive North East of Prague, near Nový Bor, lies a beautiful town Sloup v Čechách. In just one afternoon, you will be able to walk almost all of the hiking paths and see almost everything there is to see but if you want to combine with other hikes in the vicinity, there are many nice places where you can stay overnight with your dog.

Difficulty: easy – moderate
Detailed description: Follow red trail markers from the starting point and you will arrive at the outdoor forest theatre. It is very beautiful. Keep following red trail markers to the lookout tower. The best view of the castle on the rocks is to be had by following a narrow path alongside the left of the restaurant. The view is spectacular.
Following our circuit, you will find yourself enjoying several wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. You will descend steps and find yourself at an absolutely stunning chapel sculpted into the rock face. Rarely have I witnessed a more peaceful place.
